Tak v tom to článku som sa dozvedel, že svetoví ekonómovia ani sami nevedia, čo vlastne vedia.
Myslím, si že v otázke 1, by mala platiť ako správna odpoveď aj odpoveď a) - Väčšia časť pomoci sa premrhá a stratí. - len to nikto zatiaľ exaktne nedokázal
